Rosanna Migliaccio

Prior to starting the Prospect Group NY with her partners,  Rosanna was focused on executive level recruiting for both Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase.  She began her career in public accounting and transitioned to recruiting where she was one of the first five employees hired to help build the New York office for Robert Walters, a UK based recruitment firm.  Her next moves were to join Michael Page International in New York to focus on executive level hiring for her clients, and then to Leathwaite International to help start up their New York office and focus entirely on executive search within banking and finance. 

Rosanna’s combination of experience within accounting, recruitment and Human Resources give her a unique competitive advantage when working with clients and understanding their specific hiring needs.  She has placed professionals at all levels throughout her career and across industries in areas including Private Equity, Finance, Risk, Strategy, Compliance, Digital, Marketing, and more.

Caroline Samsen

Prior to co-founding the Prospect Group NY, Caroline held a number of Senior Financial Industry and Consulting roles spanning more than two decades with Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Caroline is a results oriented, strategic thinker with a wide range of experience, including risk management, operations, compliance, regulation and business development.  Throughout her career, she has had experience driving strategic change and solving pressing business issues for a wide range of companies and she has developed and maintained an extensive network of professional contacts.  This deep industry experience and extensive network of contacts provides Caroline a unique ability to recruit and place talent. 

Additionally, Caroline’s background as a former Collegiate Gymnast and her experience in guiding two daughters on their journey toward D1 athletics careers of their own, have provided her a first hand view into the leadership abilities and strong work ethic that athlete candidates possess.

Kelly O'Hara

Prior to starting her own successful search business two years ago, Kelly spent time on the corporate side of Human Resources in recruiting and generalist roles at MasterCard International, J. Crew Inc., and Lehman Brothers. Her generalist strengths include organizational design & development, change management, succession planning and performance management which is a unique blend for a recruiter. After Lehman Brothers, she transitioned into the executive search side of the business working as a Recruiter for Branthover Associates and The Goodkind Group.  At Goodkind, she was hired to build a middle management practice in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Technology which today has grown and functions as a well-known player in the contingency industry. 

Kelly has a strong, intuitive feel for finding the right candidate for her clients. She knows her clients well, understands the market and delivers. Kelly builds a foundation of collaborative trust with every client that has helped her build the relationships she maintains today.
